$500 million Technology!!!

$500 million Technology!!!I do not see much if any significant downside for UBS. The only downside is the expense of the legal fees involved. UBS is sueing Pixstream in excess of $500 million ... this technology must have enormous market value if not UBS would not sue Pixstream for that much. $500 million is worth more than the entire assets of Pixstream ... sure looked like Cisco might have to settle this lawsuit with UBS if the acquistion is completed already. If successfully, UBS would have $500 million more in their bank account. There is a good chance that Pixstream might have to declare bankrupcy & still have to return the technology back to UBS. Since this technology has already been sold to some vendors, UBS would probably be collecting licensing fees from them. No defence statement has been written up from Pixstream for this case yet. I'm EAGER to know what type of technology is "stolen" from Pixstream.
