How much for one share of Sound Energy PLC?

How much for one share of Sound Energy PLC?I don't really get it! On the website of sound Energy PLC the share price is arround 90GBp... https://www.soundenergyplc.com So one we say that PMA is going to receive half of the 20 something millions shares of Sound Energy for the sidi Moktar deal... Are we talking about these shares? Can anyone clear this for us please? I am bit confused. Thanks Mimi
