RE:RE:House #62 = Bruce buying 20K everyday @ 0.16Hi Rozelli,

What are the near term catalysts that could lift EUO out of this funk?

I never count on a takeover when investing in a stock, so I don't consider one to be a near term catalyst.  If Bruce has negotiated a price to sell all or part of the company, as an insider he couldn't be making any purchases prior to releasing this news, so obviously this isn't the case.

I actually consider his constant stream of micro purchases to be a negative for the stock.   If he was buying a big batch and going silent, then I could at least hope that something big was going to be announced in the near term.     Right now, every time he buys, I'm just thinking this is dead money for X more weeks.

You are taking away hope, not injecting it Bruce.   If you want to do something positive for the company, try giving us a timeline and scope for the potential profit that XwinSys might generate.   Or let us know if SICPA has signed even a single contract since buying GFI.  Have we had any XwinSys sales? Are you spending $1.6M or more on R&D in the current quarter?  We have a nice revenue stream from the GFI royalty, but we need more than that to keep up with expenses.  As Rozelli says, we are butressed by cash, but how fast are we burning through it?   We need profits, or at least hope that we can see earnings per share at some point in the near future.
