RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:72M Cinven finders fee NOT triggeredHi Marky - I was thinking that an announcement was coming due to how they were handling investors (such as a takeover), but instead, each time more bad news is released. Sorry to hear about your losses and it certainly could be a lot worst than 40% down but that is still a big loss.

The last (and only) email I received from Adam Peeler [adam.peeler@concordiarx.com] was on September 16th (the day it dropped around 15%) at around 7am Pacific Time - just two minutes after I had sent mine. He linked to this press release:

https://concordiarx.com/release/?id=122567

I had spoken to him on September 9th and there was no heads up more bad news was coming.

Anyway - hope this helps and good luck. Who knows where this will go but I think it is a very bad sign when there is this amount of short interest and the management and staying tight-lipped.

Peeler? I also said in an email that I'm getting on a plane from MTL and going to start knocking on doors....Another tactic that I've been using is....I called Blackstone last week and I asked to be connected to the team handling the Concordia aquisition ....The woman didn't really know what to say and she connected me to another team but the phone went dead....I sort of got the feeling that something was brewing, but I'm sure I'm wrong...Time will tell Tommy....Be well
