RE:OGI and Whistler Medical and organic certificationI hate to be an OGI basher, but they aren't an organic grower. They have a couple strains which are grown according to "organic" guidelines. If you're genuinely looking for a company that is "organic", look a little deeper. I'd much prefer to invest in an organic grower if i could, but they just don't exist at this point. Not to mention, OGI grows entirely indoors at this point. Sorry, but the ORGANI part of ORGANIGRAM is a very thin veneer which won't stand scrutiny in a rec market. Treehuggers and health fanatics look into stuff like that.

With regards to OGI, part of the value/advantage I attribute them is based on their certified organic status. I just discovered (while doing my DD on Pharmacan) that Whistler Medical is also certified organic. For some reason I was under the impression that OGI was the only organic LP in Canada. Whisterl is a much smaller outfit and OGI obviously has other competitive advantages (not least of which is scale) but I wonder to what extent I should re-evaluate OGI's market potential with this new information. Does anyone know if there are other certified organic LPs?
