Looks like Allan is taking

Looks like Allan is taking A krap on PGD.He does not like PGD and implies a massive new issue.I have not been able to figure out why the PEA lowerd the share price some 33% lower off its 30 cent high post the PEA? But if Allan is right then that would very likely be the reason the market is factoring in a massive issue to fund the $15 million exploation program.

On a permitting noted here by me using SBB as an eg) a few weeks ago I was tard and feathered by suggesting permit problems.

Well it seems Allan thinks permits are a no go:

They got a lot of everhang and will need to add a ton more if they do any work this winter. Based on their ambitious plans, some serious work on roads and permits need to start soon. Way too much stock out and I suspect they will have permitting issues as well.
