RE:RE:RE:bad news, really bad news

Are you a naive fool or are you paid to be a bull on this smoking garbage dumpster???

All the "wheeling and dealing" here is typical of a "questionable" company.  Don't you think they have a solid track record here for the gutter???

Don't be surprised one bit the 4 drugs were take out of AMCo right before the sale to Concordia.  That's the problem with private companies, you have no idea the shell games and repackaging but all indications is that AMCo is a repackaged, overpriced Amdipharm & Mercury with all the junk pawned off to Concordia bagholders (none of the Directors and insiders!  All fooled investors!)

That BS "unspecified, specified third party" held ownership of the  4 drugs, arranged that very odd vague clause in the AMCo sale "Considerations" and used "specified third party without specifying it!

The invoked it early summer to make it look like there were some new drugs being purchased!  They not only over-paid for these $21M for these less than spectacular things, if you add the $72M liabiluty from the November Amco-Concordia deal and the additional "earn-out" on these 4 drugs, you get highway robbery.

And you fool are there "No!  There can't be highway robbery?  It's too outrageous"!??    Are you new to the markets buddy?  You sure sound like a novice that crooks love to take advantage of!

Stop speculating, get management to answer your questions in writing.  Otherwise, CROOKS love your kind.  Guys who can't read the writing on the wall and only want to see what they want to see.
