RE:RE:CXI finally got its bank licenseI'm thinking January, only because I know that OFSI takes a very long time. January will be roughly 6 months since the OFSI inspection. Given the current fiscal climate and media awareness of real estate values etc, I think any new entrants who are primarily engaged in real estate lending will be scrutinised more carefully than before or others.
