I hold much respect for your thoughts and previous posts stockstar BUT on this topic I could NOT overstate my oposition.  A view of this nature in my opinion, is in line with much of the current North American "I want it now" mentality.   Very short sighted.

We have a team that has the ability to bring on a JV partner or two,  I say go that route for a couple of years THEN find and start another poject.  Keep some revenues coming in while building another revenue machine down the road.

Its akin to capitalizing on the equity in your home. Take some $ off the table to use as a downpayment on your dream home whilst keeping your current home as a rental property.

...no disrespect mate, honest.

The 190 conditions appear to be very reasonable to my eyes.

At the end of the day we all want to make money.

You want some now, I want A LOT MORE later. Its just a difference of opinion/ motivation at this time.

best,

c
