RE:This time......My guess is the mag anomalies really got their juices flowing which is why they moved so quickly to drilling.  I'm kind of surprised they drilled 11 holes without having first figured out what was causing the mag anomalies.  As they stated in the nr, "De Beers is still receiving and analyzing physical property data from the last hole to better understand the overburden's physical properties, and geophysical response."  Obviously the overburden is the issue here, and they haven't found much magnetite in the overburden to explain the mag response yet, otherwise why drill 11 holes?  If they had seen magnetite in the overburden in the first 3 holes, I don't think they would drill 8 more holes.  So the mag anomlies are most likely still a mystery for them, and leaving them wondering about a winter drill program at all. 

And Canterra being closely tied to CVV would have held back on releasing any positive news on their mag anomalies because they knew the drilling was coming up with nothing.  Probably too busy selling their stock to write up a nr anyway.
