RE:I will vote against this deal for what that is worthI totally agree but the writing is on the wall.  Sprott (I believe) is a major shareholder in both companies and will vote accordingly.  The premium is gone meaning everyone knows the deal is done.  I loved NMI as it was great to trade around always keeping a core position.  I always thought if it was bought out we would be looking at $6-8.  Oh well....:-(
