$3 and most tender IMO So for clarity ESW bought a massive position over 10% , their motto is "acquire, transform , and run " software companies

"AQUIRE , TRANSFORM AND RUN " software companies

This was then followed up by another large position holder Crescendo partners , sending a letter to the company requesting the company be put up for sale

Then the company puts out a press release confirming they will be doing a strategic review with the sale of the company as an option (check press releases for source)

The ranges I have read and heard are $3- $3.50
shorts have covered as it is highly probable we get an offer , I tender over $3
