RE:RE:RE:RE:Spoke with Rob Grace today about sept 27 news update... WTF?
Update from Rob Grace via email... I would like to know excatly how to buy shares in this fasion too... Update... Rob emailed me and corrected himself about the info he gave me on the phone. Here is the email he sent. " I realize I may have not done a very good job of understanding your question regarding the use of pro rata in the Sept. 27 news release and explaining the meaning. If a current shareholder (where current means one owns shares in ACG on or before Sept.20, 2016) wants to buys shares in the announced private placement, they are able to buy up to the percentage amount of the private placement equal to the percentage of the total outstanding they currently own. For example, for simplicity, if you own 2.7 million shares and there are 27 million shares outstanding, that would be 10% ownership. This would allow you, if you wanted, to invest up to 10% of the private placement. The private placement is 4 million shares, therefore you would be able on a pro rata basis to purchase up to 400,000 shares or 10% of the offering " This helps alot. :) Thanks also to everyone who explained it to me...
