RE:RE:$3 and most tender IMO Agreed that an offer of $3-$3.50 is not necessarily what shareholders may accept.  I think it is what an acquirer may be willing to pay.  (growth in next years is not certain).

And if shareholders aren't willing to accept that price then there is no deal, which is also fine and which happens quite a lot if buyer/seller can't agree on price.   It's just that a lof of us here are of the opinion that many shareholders would accept that price.
