I have been doing more DD and I do see your point as valid Kevin , the company will be over $3 and should be much higher with that back log

The time line makes me think ESW will make an offer sooner than expected

it is their clearly stated objective "acquire , transform and run "

Can you think of a better template for ESW to execute their motto
