Tripper, I too have substantial. This company should rise with the tide and it doesn't. I was hoping the CEO change would have helped but it didn't. More changes are needed it would appear to me.

It is well advised that you cannot fix problems using the same thought process that created them originally. The chairman or other senior execs are not performing. I will give the CEO more room, but the others must be part of the problem. Look at MG and LNR....it is obvious.
