What are the odds

Of the Asian investors releasing the next step of financing based on the 99.97 results? If we factor in the PYR news release about the ease in which the contamination of the sample can be eliminated, we are suddenly at 99.991 plus, which is the 4N they are waiting for... Now if you were part of that investor group, wouldn't you be tempted to release the funds immediately, before the price increases too much? Thoughts? In my opinion only. Thanks-Buda.
