RE:RE:RE:RE:Is the earn out not a good thing?People who make too much money, generally spend too much money. When you go from moderation to excess is when you get into trouble.
Those who make too much money in illegal and dishonest ways often "push their luck" and karma comes back with a vengeance.
And people who lost money will often "go away" never to return. As most honest investors who have lost money here will do or have done.
But the few that "return" come back with a vengence and a dedication that is unmatched by ill-doers.
Truth always wins and so does civilization. The day that is no longer true is the day humans as a species stop to exist.
Now! Let's TAME these bad animals and return them to the cages! If you don't understand the Zoo, you will get eaten alive.

Dum-dums!!!!! The AMCo deal is a setup. It's the big mega cherry on the rotten cake!
Have you seen the "goodwill" and the "price jacking" just before the sale? Research what "AMCo" is!
Amdipharm+Mercury-"good stuff kept by Cinven"=complete garbage sold to suckers!
And by suckers, I mean Con-cordia bagholders.
All fluff that you bagholders are on the hook for and in complete denial. The debt is like holding the mortage on a rotten building that sits on land you don't own!
Humm Q1 2017 - target date of complete distruction. craigbad,
pay your taxes! Don't evade them like "some" Con-accordion insiders that shall remain nameless. No wonder few if any insiders own shares of Concordia! They don't want to be bagholders!
WAKE UP DUM-DUMs! Please read! £ = Bristish Pound dum-dums!
Oh dear... why am I not shorting selling this? It seems too good to be true.... Maybe I'm like many here waiting for a pop to sell higher? Hummmmm?
OK, now this part I found funny in your post because I don't know if you are being flippant but you touched on something very important. What to you think happens if an insider triggers a tax liability by moving stock offshore, and now the value of the stock is less than the liability? Do you think the Canada Revenue Agency would be understanding? What a mess. I know why they say that the cover up is always worst than the crime.
I was wondering why someone who makes $9 million a year had money problems and why people are joking about a yellow lambo up for sale on twitterverse. Things starting to make sense here.
