Do owners, employees & corporate insiders benefits from RS?

Do owners, employees & corporate insiders benefits from RS? I' d really like to understand why some here just think the Beaudoin / Bombardier clan really don't care about small shareholders and are only out for themselves. Keep in mind that all these people own a truck load of common shares (own both A & B common). A large portion of Alain Bellemare's 2015 renumeration was paid in stock options which cannot be exercised for at least another 2 or 3 years. In fact, most of the bonusses received were paid in common shares

We're going to find out very soon whether the RS is actually still going to happen, but I see no reason to jump ship if it does proceed. The success of the reverse depends on only one thing:

                                        IT'S CALLED MAKING A PROFIT!
