notwrong, the book value can be fiddled with using aggressive acquisition accounting games.  I don't think we want to go there. 


WSJ shows their tangible book value per share at a whopping -98.88

The tangible-asset value is calculated by taking total shareholders' equity and subtracting all "soft" assets such as goodwill and other intangibles, then dividing this by total number of shares outstanding.
