Because the technicals broke down and at that point my decision was made to sell. Technicals don't break down at a high of the day...but I'm sure you already know that ...right! 

I'm going to assume that you are one of those that tell everyone that you sell at the absolute top and buy at the absolute bottom right? ....big guy!
