RE:Understand What Divesting A Minority Stake Means

RE:Understand What Divesting A Minority Stake Meansthey don't really need money to pay down debt yet as there are minimal principle requirements but I bet if a chunk of the assets get sold, there are banking covenants that will click in and trigger some kind of repayment. so it raises that question of what they can gain by a sale of some of the direct assets. they need money to grow not pay debt??? seems more to me like they have now retreated to where they are coming to an agreement as to who can buy the Cinven shares ?

If they have no problem and business is so good, ask yourself why they have to do this.
