Hi Harleyjames,

as Youngkid suggested, CEO didn't share any kind of insider information and even though I tried to get a hint in my question to him in regards to who's financing that PP, he didn't say a word and no details were provided about it. Taking the time to answer my question though shows his professionalism and I like that.

His exact words:

"We are currently expecting to close as early as this week, and not later than next week. However, that could always change.

It’s not unusual for companies to comment on when they plan on closing the PP and I believe on the documents they stated they hoped to close it on September 30^th. They don’t speak about how much is filled or who has participated, we have to wait for the PP to close before we know any details.
