RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:$72M finder's fee payable to CinvenI agree lumber, when you are dealing with a normal company. This is not a normal company.

Normal companies will also address shareholder concerns by addressing any outstanding items. The triggering (or not) of the $72M finder's fee is an outstanding item.  It was disclosed many times in regulatory filings.  

Now, they have to "put it to bed".  Why not spend the few hundreds in a News Release?

It is possible that shareholders like you would find it "outrageous"?  And if they did release that it was triggered, I fear you would still be in denial because you seem to dismiss all facts?

The fact is we don't know if it's been triggered or not. Without disclose, it's all speculations.
