The reason is the fantasy feud deal that was made at that price (60,000,000@0.07).  You will see 01 keep it there until official closing.
Now, that has been going on for a very long time, almost at the same time as the reverse, that is why all of a sudden the sp went from 0.10 to directly 0.07.
And it's been a long time since the announcement of that deal, so one could wonder if they are now renegotiating the deal all over again, in other words at a lower price, like 0.055 or 0.05?
Why else would it take them so much time to transfer the customer list that was agreed on, they need to press a button!!!!
