Now you are seeing the picture I see. Lucas sees this company as his baby and he's taking this personally. The "invading" forces are trying to oust him and the only way is to force him out buy trying to force a sell of the whole company. They certainly couldn't wait until next year. They couldn't take the risk.

The only thing I was surprised about was how long it took Lucas to start showing his "hand" so to speak.

Anyways, it was time somebody light a fire under his feet.
