RE:RE:RE:Prometic Updated
I completely agree with the first part of your post regarding how this will play out for us bagholders. We will end up with fewer shares of PLI because there will be some positive report coming out shortly or perhaps no news, but  just a "speculative" rise in share price as we approach the final stages of the closing of the "deal". I also agree that they have more than enough to make this deal easily pass. Once the "deal" is finalized and we get our new PLI shares, the share price will slowly drop back to where it was prior to the "deal" with no malice intended of course, just to rub a little salt in the wound. The part I disagree with is that I'm not holding my breath anytime soon that a 2nd offer will be forthcoming before this deal closes or that management and BOD might have our best interest at the forefront to find a better "deal".

Holding TST all these years can sure make a person become bitter and tainted that's for sure. To the few PLI guys who come to this board trying to convince me about all the wonders and promise and potential of PLI, heard it all before from this outfit throughout the years. It will be deja vu all over again. Just my personal and bitter opinon of course.
