RE:RE:RE:Still deliberating...I have to say that diluting the company to the proposed amount of shares is obscene at this juncture.  OK if we hold the Tenor money (3 million) the amount of shares in a placement would decrease   The math:  The amount of shares floated would be 50,000,000 shares a hell of a distance from 194,000,000 watered down, cheap shares?  What we need is an approach along these lines.   Why wasn't this considered?  Anna says the Majors don't fund these Arbitration deals, but she has spoken in double talk, the majors have already stepped up with 4.3 mil, why not bring it a step further with full shareholder participation & open to the investing public as well?  The math says I'm onto a MUCH better deal for everyone, ???
