Question

QuestionQuestion: Why would a CEO have margin triggers set so low if he was trying to preserve his own money? Wouldn't it make more sense to trigger all the pledged shares at 1 higher price? Seems opposite to the goal of preservation to have trigger price be under $6 when he could've sold all of it on the first margin call higher up?
