You are right Oneday. Smoke and mirrors....now the oil is not coming up from the Williston Basin is being locally sourced.....ya thats it.
They did not really spend any money on the permits they received from the goverment. The 4 permits just have a spend commitment of around $60,000 a piece over the time of the permit. So shooting some seimic or even purchasing should satisify the permit bid. Kind of shows who is interested and the likelihood of any real possibility of oil production.
