North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ReleaseThat's funny! Reservoir Minerals and Freeport both did deals to stay involved with the project. I'm sure Reservoir went with Nevsun because they have the money, experience but more importantly a stock that has the most potential to jump if we do prove a Bor size Porphyry. Icing on the cake would be to hit another high grade deposit like Bor did. Freeport has rights if we do hit another  deposit of a certain size (see info below). Both companies struck there deals to take advantage of what the final potential of this deposit is. We are now back to waiting on the deep zone holes! If all goes well this deposit will just keep getting larger and larger. GLTA

  • Lundin retain up to 75% interest in all other assets of the Timok project except for new large mineral discoveries (>4 m tonnes Cu Eq.) for which Freeport have a back in right, and Lundin retain 21%
