RE:RE:RE:Convertible Debenture PP--SP ImplicationForced conversion to shares allows them to stop the burn at 10% interest. That improves the bottom line. But increases the float slightly which in theory would reduce SP a bit....but fundamentals are clearly not determining SP these days.
