1)  Circulate & at the GSM "move & second" Anna & MArk's Resignation along with any other Board member in collusion with them..  We most certainly have to prevail with a "Motion/second from the floor to offer an alternative that best serves us.  We minor ( still majority shareholders) must stick together, win the day >> if & when the GSM takes place.  With all the connections the Concerned Shareholders can muster, possibly there will be another approach without litigation.   Maybe wishful thinking, but demands our allegency to deny this so-called Tenor deal, replace it with a (maybe Sprott financing or Beatty?).  GLTA
