Just being cynical

could the timing of Cameco's pending court case be a Godsend or doom?
A guilty verdict and a harsh penalty could be very hard on CCO and the industry as a whole, including NXE and FCU.
Cameco is a Sask darling. Residents here are proud of it. And I am sure there is political pressure being applied. It contributes a lot to the economy with high paying jobs and high expertise type people.
A not guilty decision would see a small recovery for CCO SP.
Just my speculation.
