Thank you!

MRS bid the contract without a plant, they expected to be able to outsource it.  There are a number of companies who have been delivering body armor into the military for many years who are willing to fight it out with very small margins, 5-10 percent.  Now MRS has a plant but it will take a very long while to get any efficiencies and experience.  There is no way they will be ready to make any armor of any kind in a cost effective manner for 12-18-24 months.

My only comments have been this is all a pivot, embrassing the real market and its a market that is experienced and it will take some time, 12-18-24 months before this "start up" is ready to compete with the embedded industry.
