RE:RE:CEOI would think that they will announce it the same time that the financing is completed.This financing is everything,without it were in trouble.With it they turn the company around to where it will be profitable and hopefully sell it down the road.That is there goal.I also talk to Ross Drysdale today he is raising the money.He said they plan to have it wrapped by the end of the month.They were hoping to have it done sooner but there some extra paperwork they need to clean up first.
