RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Shorters die tomorrow...You realize it could have been alot worse right? This changes nothing about my original post except that they will not benefit from the basis IF they pay off debt (which was an assumption as to wht can be done with the proceeds). The debt is NOT DILUTIVE - its not a convertible. As well it is callable with a equity clawback if they raise equity via secondary offering (this is not off the table but doubt it can happen). 

I admit however I need to go back and thoroughly review and digest the deck they released. Until then still long.
