Perhaps a scare... I keep an eye on the news and this came out recently...
illegal marijuana plants seized from health canada licensed grow op in ontario
I could see how this could have spooked some people, seeing how the address is similar to the Niagra on the Lake property for tweed, but it is not the same place. There are a few grow-ops in that district, and canopy's nearby property is at 453 concession 5 rd rr 4, niagara on the lake, on l0s 1j0, not the same place that was raided at 1651 Lakeshore Road in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Just something to chew on, although I'm sure the effect was minimal. They are about 10 minutes apart.
