Voting NO is a No-Brainer.......

..... my "no" vote was done the day I received my proxy control # (about 10 days ago).
Anybody on this board that tries to diffuse a positive spin on this piece of sht financing pushed by our inept & corrupt management is most likely in bed with management themselves or the major shareholders that will profit from this scam.
