1. The Senior Secure Notes are for a company take over. Effectively, the banksters on this one are selling the company to a few select few. Again, 'the street" bends over the little guys and rams it to us (well, not me, but "us" as regular investors).
2. There is no way this company can meet its obligations to Cinven so Cinven will reclaim AMCo who has NOT been Deeded to Concordia yet. Research that guys. That's one of the many "elephants in the room". Look up the cotnracts, look up UK laws and it's clear, Cinven is not a leading EU PE fund for nothing. Smart cookies those guys with the funny accent! :-) LOL
3. No serious or intelligent fund will touch the shares or bonds on this since they are worthless. All the non AMCo assets will be owned by the "street connected" new Senior Notes holders. Cinven after reclaiming AMCo by February 2017 for non-payment, will get AMCo back debt free. And all the bond holders and shareholders will get flushed down the toilet on proceedings.
