NBZ has enough Acreage to develop. Why get into more debt ?

NBZ has enough Acreage to develop. Why get into more debt ?With Cash of 30 million in the bank and 200,000 acres - that's plenty to develop. Let them keep within Cash flow and reduce debt. I'm sure they could of bought more acreage and increased their debt but why ? Even with $50 to $60 WTI their will be plenty of asset sales in the next year look at Twin Butte Energy. This id from their website. Twin Butte continues to work cooperatively and proactively with our lending syndicate to ensure adequate liquidity is maintained through the previously announced and ongoing strategic alternatives process. The Company is pleased with the interest in the process to date and will disclose specific developments when the Board of Directors has approved a specific transaction or otherwise determined that disclosure is necessary or required
