The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

I agree 100%. It's being walked down so those scum investors can try to get as many cheap shares prior to spin off as possible. The bids are piling up at 0.14 so I don't think it'll be going any lower than that but who knows what these guys might pull. It's just manipulation to scare off people into selling and get cheap shares imo like mace said
