Palo Verde

Palo VerdeCan someone explain to me the relationship between EAT and Palo Verde? From what I can tell Palo Verde is a private company that will be operating and selling the product produced in the colorado facilty. 

Why dont they just do it themselves? Who gets what revenue...seems a little confusing.
