RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Elcora plans $5M Halifax plant Following up, I just now took another look at Energizer (had been put off by Madagascar; a difficult country in which to mine) but am now further put off by the already huge number of outstanding shares (461 million; cf Elcora at 71.8 million) and possibly much more dilution to come. But thought you might be interested in learning that Dundee, which pumped $6.7CA million into Energizer back in August and is now almost a 20% shareholder, is Ecobalt's principal financial backer as well. Suggestion: Google "Dundee" with "Formation Metals." Interesting---
