November news over-hyped?Everyone is talking about buying in before November as though it were some sort of deadline. But what exactly will take place in November regarding the Marijuana Task force?
From the Government website https://news.gc.ca/web/article-en.do?nid=1092399
"Their report will be presented to Ministers in November 2016. The final report will be made public by the Ministers once they have had the opportunity to consider its advice."
The same sentiments were echoed several weeks ago at the Lift Expo in Vancouver by Dr. Ware, Vice Chair of the Marijuana Task Froce.
So when and how long with this take? Has anyone learned of when they will be reporting their recommendations? I can't find anything online. And when they do, exactly how long will the ministers chew on the findings before making it public? Those are two large variables my friends. I can honestly see it being weeks, even months, before it is released publicly.
That leaves me to believe we're all buying into an increasing amount of hype as we near this illusory November "deadline". Expect some wild swings in SP as news of the report is delivered and then ...silence.
