RE:William Hill, GVC among bidders for Canada's Amaya Inc

Loving the deal if it goes forward. I wrote on the AYA board that I'm hoping the WH/AYA merger goes ahead. Both firms have had a very rough 18 months and their CEOs left on not-so-good terms. 

Both AYA and WH have substantial holdings in NYX. I can see NYX powering the majority of the combined AYA/WH offerings over time except for poker. This would be a win-win-win for all three companies by marrying the three firms even closer. 

I can see the betting side with WH increasing further and the casino side from AYA increasing substatially as well. NYX has a major stake in both those growing verticals. 

Here's hoping the merger goes through!
