You're talking about investors on the long side following management right on this attrocious price gouging company?

Because the position here for anyone traditional is "sidelines" but a short investment position looks more promising as each day passes.  And if shorts were covering, CXRX would be ending in the green today on Nasdaq.  There is zero interest (1/3 regular volume) and red again.

Selling First Lien Secured Notes to get in front of all debt holder is the final nail in the coffin for Concordia shareholders.  Bondholders will also get wacked if the assets are as bad as some say here and if Concordia defaults on its payments to Cinven.  Amco has not been deeded to Concordia yet since the obligations of the transactions "consideration" has not yet been met.  That could have happened this month but didn't.

Ask investor relations about the deed.  They can't legally tell you they hold the Amco "deed" because from what I read from the regulatory filings, they don't.  From my perspective, investors were mislead when they declared the Amco "transaction completed" in 2015.
