RE:RE:RE:I plan to buy (go long) when it hits $5you wont be holding concordia stock in its current form in your portfolio for 2 years.  One of two things will happen.  

First possibility is the secured note holders taking the company private.  Diminished EBITA and a missed AMCo payment in February will trigger restructuring.

Second is a tax inversion target - probably from a US suitor.  Concordia has a single digit blended overall corporate tax rate with offices in Canada and Barbados.

I would wait until you see significant insider buying before taking a position in this company. Outcome 2 could work out fairly well -  Until the situation clears you are gambling.
