RE:RE:RE:RE:Understanding the origins of all these old drugsI would dare each one of the longs here to state what made them buy into CXR
1. Hype and promotion here, BNN or other "investing sites or channels"
2. High growth and incredible future free cash flow (that is no where to be found.)
3. Oversold technical analysis on what had been a $100 stock
4. Promotion by analysts from reputable banks like RBC.
5. Bullboard discussions including interntional and uninternation promoters.
6. Personal word of mouth
7. all of the above.
If you still hold this stock long prepare for it to be in the pennies by February
Especially if they continue to defer payments and not meet obligations in a timely manner.
They can't generate money through debt anymore. The Notes are it. Show is over. Unless the cash comes from sales and net revenues like real companies, the stock is continues to be in big trouble and it's just starting!
If Concordia goes from defering debt to defaulting on debt, that's when the common shares would really tank and bonds can tank to trading 10 cents on the dollar from the current risky 60-70 or so currently.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is a train wreck in progress. Please watch your belongings and loved ones. There is no unicorn that will come in to save this. The deed is done, or in this case, not!
