Are we due an upside breakout?

Are we due an upside breakout?When I watch the price action on Freeport, I wonder about a downside, but they have very particular problems in Indinesia.

Could we have similar problems in the unruly Dem. Rep. of Congo. They lost a mine there in 2005 but still operate there. I guess they have learned to play the game.

Any comments on price targets or 3rd quater reporting
